nths happend - just boring winter jobs

saturday I took the chance to remove that ugly salt. the temps got up to 6°C (44 F). some spots on the grill shows lil rust wtf !!!

by the way - Im looking for a new steering wheel for her, if you know somebody - tell me

also I removed the "pack ice" from the drive and the street in front of the house - what a waste of time

fish again and a happy new year

same kind of fish other preparation
all we need is:

fresh salmon trout - salty water - shelves - hammer ´n nails - a campfire

take the fish and the shelves and hammer it together

next step: preparing a camp fire

disperse the shelves around the fire - keep the right distance

watch out for the filets all the time and keep them wet with the salty water

just after aproxx 30-40 min you can wait on table it fresh out of the fire
side orders could be potatoes with fresh fennel and horseradish
