dieses we also motorshow essen. start 0900 und gg 1230 erst mal ins hotel, auto parken und dann mit den öffentlichen zur messe. 15 tacken für den samstag auf den tisch des hauses und ab durch den ost eingang. ich war dann auch froh endlich in halle 6 am stand von ssd angekommen zu sein. erst mal begrüßung der delegationen aus berlin, d-dorf, basel und peine. der kollege aus a-dam stand wenig später zu meiner freude auch vor mir.
was die Flying Piston Studios da auf die räder gestellt haben, konnte sich wirklich sehen lassen. 11 cars und ein nach meiner meinung absolut geil gemachter geschichtlicher abriss zum thema hot rods. dieser auf der ganzen länge hinter den fords, dem chevy und dem graham verteilt.
ok, this weekend motorshow essen. i started 09am at home and straight ahead to the hotel, where i arrived at 0130 pm. gone to the fair by public traffic, cause its more relaxed as by car. entry took $22 from you for one day. i entered the east-gate and was looking for the shortest way to the ssd - stand. it was a great welcome with the guys from berlin, d-dorf, basel and peine. the buddy from a-dam stood also in front of me after a few minutes, what a pleasure.
the Flying Piston Studios put up an abstract of history of Hot Rodding. the displays stood in a row behind the Fords, the Chevy and the Graham with a length of aproxx 50 yards. really really cool work.
